Karolina’s absent navel is the result of a childhood surgery gone wrong. Her reps told The New York Daily News, “She had an operation when she was an infant. It’s a fact and just thank God she’s healthy.” In photos, they often photoshop a belly-button and during runway shows they use makeup and putty to mold one.
